30-Days Free Returns and 2 year full accidental coverage
Your satisfaction is essential to us. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you can return your device for free. Please get in touch with our customer service team to receive your free return label. After 30 days since you received your order, we can’t offer any refunds.
For pre-owned devices, you can return your undamaged device within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts as well as any software lock (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock. etc.), and includes all accessories it came with. If there are obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after the delivery, no refunds will be granted, and we’ll send the device back to you.
For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices in the original packaging. If the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.
24 Months Warranty
Unlike most electronics and secondhand stores, rekndle is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale, and we want you to keep the device - that's why every device comes with a free warranty. Depending on the device type, the warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by our vendors with the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any defects observed during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or replaced (in case it’s non-repairable), for free. Our warranty partner is CPS Central: https://www.cpscentral.com/. All claims will be filed through CPS, rekndle will hold the warranty information on behalf of customer. - 2 year, date of purchase warranty, CPS takes over on day 31
- Covers manufacturer’s defects
- Covers accidental damage (impact/liquid)
- Covers prepaid shipping to the repair facility
- $99 deductible to be paid by the customer ONLY on smartphones
- If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced
However, please note that if physical damage is observed, the warranty may be voided. In such cases, rekndle can offer a repair service, but the associated costs will be borne by the customer.
